Results of Improvement Vote

 The following is the order in which the residents who attended the meeting would like to see completed: 

#1.  Lighting of entryway- completed

#2.  Reduction of the center island by 15 feet (6 votes to remove the island and 12 to reduce it)- can't be done per the village

#3.  Brick to encase the sign posts

#4.  Repainting of the entry signs (15 voted black with gold lettering, 2 voted for blue with gold lettering)-completed

Some write-in improvements were also indicated and this will go to a vote at a later meeting if funds allow:

Brush hog other common areas especially Timber Trail

Bradford pear trees planted on Glendalough (3 votes)

Board Reminders

 REMINDER- ALL IMPROVEMENTS- SHEDS, POOLS, DECKS, STRUCTURES, ETC- A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL MUST BE SENT IN PRIOR TO THE CONSTRUCTION BEGINNING. WE'VE HAD MANY REQUESTS THIS YEAR FOR IMPROVEMENTS. PLEASE EMAIL THE ASSOCIATION WITH INFORMATION FOR YOUR PROJECT. WE NEED PLANS, SPECS, DRAWINGS AND A COPY OF THE BUILDING PERMIT SO THE BOARD CAN REVIEW. WHEN PROJECT IS APPROVED A LETTER WILL BE SENT TO THE HOMEOWNER. WE KEEP A LOG OF ALL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS APPROVED AND A FILE WITH ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED REGARDING EACH PROJECT.
